When I have such a difficult time explaining myself, You already know me in full. I do not need to share or revel new parts of myself (though a fun adventure) to You because You already know me. All of my hurts, imperfections, passions, scars, bad habits, talents, favorites, fears, misconceptions, insecurities, dreams, tendencies, etc. You know me absolutely and from that place, You love me. From that place, You predestined and chose me as royal.
Psalm 49:15
“But God will ransom my soul from the power of Sheol, for he will receive me”
You receive me. You delight in me.
And so, though You know me already, I will still choose to pour myself out to You in turn! Because in You I am fully satisfied.
I will live a life devoted, loving you and keeping Your commandments.
